The Extra Space Storage web site to reserve the storage unit was user friendly and easy to navigate around. The process to reserve, apply, and retrieving the storage unit keys was smooth and stress-free. I worked with Jen Nelson and she's wonderful to work with. Jen was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and professional. Overall an excellent experience. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for anyone who needs extra space for their belongings.

I found Extra Space Storage to be a very cleaned maintain, good security, good climate control and the best of all employees were very respectful and friendly.
Friendly staffs, clean facility, great location, many storage sizes to choose. What I like most is the availability of units with Drive-Up and Covered Aisle. With such a unit, ou never need to worry about the weather for moving in or out your storage.
Great storage spaces, easy access, great hours. Excellent staff.
