Just move in. Great facilities and supportive staff. Bad note, the price during the online reservation didn't mention anywhere the mandatory insurance (+ 18% on the total price). They let you know just when you are there :(:(

I wasn't sure how close this unit would be to house but being a Life Storage patron in the East I had to check out this one in Cedar Hill and was I correct. It's only miles from the house, just perfect. I reserved my storage unit online, which seem to makes things a lot easier for sure when checking in. I was greeted by Amanda Taylor the Store Manager who was very, very nice and more than helpful. Life Storage on 1625 S Ashland in Chicago IL is such a clean and updated facility. The Manager Tyesha is 100% awesome. She cleans that location spotless and always has a smile on her face. Explained everything in detail and helps you understand. I highly recommend this location.

We had a great service which made us to rent onsite on first visit. Ms. Mara and Ms. Mardi made it pleasurable to deal with them and offered best service with a smile. Mara explained all the details and the information need to know. She's such a wonderful employee to deal with. She told us the difference between Life Storage and others. Finally convinced us to rent a storage with pleasure. She's very helpful and kind professional person.

Just got a 10x20 storage unit in Tampa FL Life Storage location. Friendly staff, good tips, nice supply of everything you need-boxes, bubble wrap, etc. Only met Jesus so far and he seemed great, so far so good!

Christine at the Antelope,CA location was extremely helpful! The facility is clean and well maintained. They have great hours and the security at this place seams to be great. I can tell Christine enjoys her job, she had answers to all my questions and knew what was going on at this facility. She shows that she cares about the customers too. She called them by their name, that’s important to us. I would highly recommend this place.

My name is ******. I rented 2 units at extra space storage, have only been there 4 months and they have doubled price without notification, i told facility manager that this is a good way to lose customers and he said it happens and was rude. So now i need to move out before the 3rd of april. Dont use them unless u dont mind paying double price after 4 months.

These people are terrible. I rented a unit for $45 a month in November. In January, they charged me $79. I called my local storage and the woman said she would check into it and call me back. She never did. Then in February they charged me $79 again. I left a message, no return call. I notified the corporate office and they sent me an email saying "...Due to market changes and availability, rates are subject to change. Rate change notices are provided at least 30 days before the new rate goes into effect."No one ever notifie... read more
