The site and customer service were first rate. I was helped and the trailer was clean and in good condition.
Both wheels fell off my trailer on I-40 and I had to crusie with the axle throwing flames down the highway. It was fun! Sparks were flying and my family felt like we were at the 4th of July fireworks!
Kudo's to Angie for being prompt and courteous with "check out" procedure through a torrential downpour and flooding in parking lot. She maintained a great demeanor throughout the whole process!
The best place to rent equipment from. I would drive from out- of -state to rent from them.

Fix the A/C in the ancient 14' truck. It was in the high 90s the day of my move and the A/C was blowing hot air.
The air conditioning in the truck did not work. When it was 100+ degrees outside, this made for a very challenging move. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however. I just would have appreciated a truck that was properly maintained.
Either have the gas tank actually filled up all the way or tell the customer ahead of time they only have to fill it up enough to make the gas meter reach "full". I put more than $81 in gas into that thing for just a move of a few miles, 2 trips, insane. I figure that since the gas tank was already down a quarter when I reached my destination, it was clear that I'd likely put in about $30-$40...
It was a very old truck, and, no surprise, it broke down 9 miles into a 9.5 mile trip. My suggestion would be to get rid of trucks before they get that old and decrepid. Also, the "emergency roadside hotline" took a long time to even call a tow truck, and the tow truck never even showed up. We waited 1.5 hours before the police got tired of the truck being in the intersection, called their own...
