Horrible people, horrible service DO NOT TRUST THEM The facility is not safe. Strangers walk around, cars follow you in and out without codes, and there is never any security. The place is dirty and badly maintained. The manager is the worst. They are rude, unprofessional and are in need of retraining.

I miss Jessica who I had the pleasure of her assisting me on whatever I needed in the years of being a customer. I had a move-out date and unfortunately i missed it by the morning before of them opening and charge $3 and change...also I was appalled by JULIO lecturing me on not charging me dumping fee for the few empty boxes I left behind for anyone that needed. Disappointed due to the raise in cost to have a parking space. It went up over 20% in half of the year. They wanted to charge me close to $150 a month! SMH. I guess they don't want customers to do business with them for too long.

RATS RATS RATS! Beware!!!!!! Do not use this facility if you care about your belongings!!! We have been storing some of our things here for about 6 months. My husband noticed rat droppings back in Jan or Feb. He called the office and they said they were aware and handling it. What they meant was, they are doing absolutely nothing. My husband went back today and it's even worse. Almost everything inside the unit is destroyed. We rentend our unit in February. Even though we filled out an extra step in the online application that we understood to mean that we were confirmed, the onsite management called us up to two times per day. Apparently people in the office don't communicate with each other much. I would assure them we were moving in and still get calls asking the same questions I'd answered. According to Amanda the place is very clean and safe, Amanda was ready to show me the units in the middle of this process she recive a phone call from a client, who was complaining over the phone. Ok so I started with the "promotional rate" of $117 per month less than 2 years ago. My rate is now at $173 per month!!! They send you out a flyer that says they are raising your rate and bam...your rate is raised. I am all for cost of doing business increases but a 48% increase in less than 2 years is absurd and should be illegal. They know they have you because it is a hassle to keep moving your stuff to get promotion rates. I am out in December so I will never use these guys again.

If my review could include negative Stars it would include it. We have had our our stuff in storage here for a couple of years and in the past year it has become completely rat-infested. My beautiful saddle was completely torn apart by these hungry hungry rats. Unfortunately there's not much you can do once you know the damage is done. I highly do not recommend this place if you can run from here run if you need a storage solution go somewhere else. Units are clean. Price is reasonable. There's only one manager working every time I come in to make a payment or check out my unit, which leaves me waiting outside if she's busy with another customer. Parking in front sucks, as well as inside the gate. I only got this storage unit because it's close to home.
