The environment is well maintained and clean. The customer representative did a great job understanding my request and provided the unit that meets my request. In all, the experience was great.
Easy to search online for available units at preferred locations. Easy to rent a unit online as well. I really like that the manager (Jessica) followed up to make sure my reservation was completed and I received everything I needed to access the unit.
Jessica, on-site manager @ laurel location was polite, helpful & explained my options clearly & patiently. Would recommend your business to others seeking storage solutions. Also site, outside & inside, is very clean with clear signage and ample security available. Felt very safe leaving my valuable items in our locked unit.
