The employees were very helpful, the storage unit was well spaced and nicely secured but the hallways where unkept and untidy but the storage unit to store your items was clean. That was why i gave it a four star. Over all a good place to store your items. Thank you.

Great customer service from office staff! Clean storage units, well maintained, and all Climate controlled. Hallways and storage units on all floors are well lit.....currently I have 3 storage units and I am very pleased with them.

Easy. Robin was great to deal with. The facility is clean inside and out. I found the storage unit online and nothing changed upon my arrival.

The storage space is clean and the climate control for the space is great. I was able to put the stuff that is being sold online into the storage space and out of our house. This probably has saved my marriage because my husband was fed up with tripping over the inventory. Now, I store and pull the inventory for shipping at the storage space instead of our guest bedroom and basement.
