Best customer service ever and they got me into the unit I needed within 10 minutes. They even got me into a larger unit for 5$ cheaper. 10/10 would recommend!
First, the store is across the street from my office and I had a large space there for about 7 years. I also have a small space for storing records and documents in this facility. The convenience is terrific and over the years I have never had a problem of any kind.

Easy to get done over the phone. Great communication as far as calling back, etc. units are nice. Great directions are how to find, get in. Would definitely recommend extra-space!
