We rented a unit for over a year. Wendy is the manager at the facility. She deserves 5 stars plus for her customer service. The facility was very good. My only negative is the rental rate kept increasing and finally made it impossible for us to continue to rent there. For renters it would be best if they had a fixed rate for certain periods of time, so you know what to expect.

The storage facility was well kept and the management was very responsive. I stored items for around 9 months. I was dissatisfied with 2 rate increases of 28% within 7 months. I originally rented the unit at $143 per month. Within 3 months I received a rent increase to $173 per month, then 6 months later I received another rate increase to $183 per month. The cancellation and move out was very easy & efficient.
Kaija was extremely helpful and informative as I am researching my storage options; she answered every question honestly! I would highly recommend this facility.
