I have been renting from this facility for the last Five years Kathleen has been phenomenal she knows who I am when she sees me treats, me like family, and she is very diligent about keeping up her facility if there’s an issue she works tirelessly to correct the situation. I rented a storage unit from Extras Space Storage and they were great! Kathleen called me to walk me through my options and to find the best budget friendly unit for me. I then went to pick up the combination lock and see where the unit was; and Kaija at the front desk was super helpful! Kaija was so friendly, bubbly and frankly a breath of fresh air!
