This facility is far and away a cut above all the competition. Having used many storage facilities through the years, I was stunned at how professional and attentive the staff was. Derrick was our main point of contact and boy did we luck out. He cared and operated this location always having the needs of the customer as job one. Great facility & staff We had a positive experience using this location so far. Location is clean, secure & best rate. A++ both staff members. George greeted us & gave us guided tour of units in golf cart so we wouldn't have to walk around the facility. He was personable. He followed up with us with a phone call to see if we had any questions. No pressure/stalking like the other storage facilities we were looking into. 60% higher than another place we also use I did get a courtesy call saying I was about to incur a late charge for my storage unit. I've been camping out of town. Came in today to take some things out and leave a check and they had blocked access after only a few days of being late on payment. They did this without warning and of course nobody's in on Sunday. I was a customer for 7 years, renting a large (20x30) unit on the second floor. I moved all my stuff two weeks ago after finding a box of expensive, collectible books situated on an exterior wall was saturated with water that seeped through the masonry or around a window. I don't visit my belongings more than 2-3 times a year, but this water had been present for a while since all the volumes in the box were mildewed. booked out of there over priced goes up constantly plus facility has bugs live & dead all over smells from time to time especially in elevator definitely a huge loss of money investing into a storage unit you would think would give you a clean & safe place to store your stuff management should look into what people store in their lockers definitely wouldn't come back
