I have been renting from this facility for the last Five years Kathleen has been phenomenal she knows who I am when she sees me treats, me like family, and she is very diligent about keeping up her facility if there’s an issue she works tirelessly to correct the situation. As an example there was an odor coming from a locker that they could not explain or figure out where it was coming from she contacted me and a few other people we came out we opened up our lockers trying to figure out what was going on she didn’t have to ... read more

I rented a storage unit from Extras Space Storage and they were great! Kathleen called me to walk me through my options and to find the best budget friendly unit for me. I then went to pick up the combination lock and see where the unit was; and Kaija at the front desk was super helpful! Kaija was so friendly, bubbly and frankly a breath of fresh air!
