The young man that works at the Covington Way location is always nice and willing to help out. I had a problem getting in the gate I called him and left a message in the next ten minutes he was calling me back to ask if could assist me with my problems.

Do you normally let someone other than the credit card user use another person's credit card to rent a storage unit? Then refuse to stop charges when the card holder calls to tell you that they didn't authorize the charges? Especially when the card holder didn't sign any paperwork or have their name anywhere on the account? This happened to me at the Summer Ave location.
