My excellent experience started when I called and spoke to Todd, who set up my account. Todd was thorough, kind and professional. I worked in a call center so I know that Todd was busy and he still treated me with respect and I didn't feel rushed. I also wanted an earlier move in date then I had specified on my initial application that was the next day. He called my local store and confirmed that I could indeed move in the next day. This company consistently picks good staff. This place is always clean, temperature comfortable, and has enough hand trucks available. I have been storing stuff here for years. I give it the full 5 stars!
