Facility is well kept and the staff is very helpful. The hand cards are very convenient & climate control is a big plus too.

Used this location for about 3 months while moving. Kim, the manager was very nice to work with and professional. The place is kept up and clean. Carts are located in each building and almost always available. My only complaint is that the inside units are not kept that cool. It's just evap so if you really want it kept cool this one may not be for you. The ones will A/C will probably cost more. For the money, this one worked well for me.

Within minutes of inquiring online I received a call. I went to the storage place that day and was given a tour. I was informed of all of my options, including up/down size at any time and only the monthly price changes (no additional charges), my contract was thoroughly explained including charges, monthly billing, if I pay in advance it would be refunded, 10 day cancellation policy. Chance is the greatest. He helped us from beginning to end with everything and greatly reduced the stress that accompanies moving. He is friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility when comparing storage locations because there is definitely a difference in quality and value.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. I was in and out within 15 mins. Only complaint, I have is day of move in, there was a lock on the unit, which was a surprise, apparently the staff forgot to unlock the unit. I called the emergency line and they contacted the office right away, a team member was there within 20 mins, very quick service. She was also very apologetic and nice. I would definitely rent here again.

This place is great but I wish I could give them a 4.75 ONLY because they are not open on Sundays and I REALLY needed a unit on a Sunday. BUT!!!! I liked them soooo much that I waited (I put all my stuff for storage if front of my house overnight) and went online first thing Monday morning to reserve a space and got a call within 3 or 4 minutes from Kim at the storage place asking me if I had any questions and letting me know she could help me, in office, with everything.

After my 2 star review on yelp they requested that I give them a call to discuss. After having to go through three different people and three different phone numbers all I got was it is a month-to-month lease and they can price it anywhere they want. What a horrible experience. Geez

I walked in here looking for a storage unit. There were no other customers there but the woman at the desk did not even acknowledge me. She was not friendly, offered no greeting and when I asked the price for a small unit, she didn't know and had to look it up. How does someone who answers the same basic price question so many times not know the answer? The price she quoted is very high(about $100 month compared to other places around $60). Everything was great customer service was spot on loved the units but realized when I left that I didn't get my 1st month free even though they have a promotion going for first month free even reserved the unit online and everything just disappointed in the false advertising.
