The longer you stay, the more you pay. I just moved out of my 10x15 unit when they raised the rent to $175 a month. The same unit for a new tenant goes for $115. If you ask, they will sometimes reduce your rent to what they charge new customers. But after a while, that gets old. The last straw was when they changed the latches so that it's difficult to maneuver them open and closed, and to open and close your own locks.
