Everything about Extra Space Storage was great. The staff are very friendly. They showed me a couple of units because I did not think the first unit that I was showed was going to work for me. The door was a little too narrow. I now have a unit with a big garage door type entry. The only negative that I would say is that there are way too few carts to go around. I have to always hunt down a cart. They are never in the place where the manager says he put them. Not his fault, but the storage could have more carts.
