Efficient. great customer service! very helpful. We are not that greatest on our ipad- when we called, the office lady was very patient with us. We had to call her couple times and she was very gracious each time. Great location for us. Very easy to get in and out of the storage park Extra space works with you to help in every way

I got locked in before 10 pm at the gate called and spoke to 2 people that called the manager waited 2 hrs for help and nothing what if there was a baby in the car or I needed a EPipen.. not everyone has the luxury of 2 vehicles or help I would have bn there until 6 am if the hrs for the gate are posted even if it's right on the minute it should open I thank God my partner was able to get me but you as a company should have measures in place for situations like this and not ignore the costumer I know I am just one number ... read more

My A/C storage unit is right next to outside door which defeats the purpose of paying extra for A/C if other tenants leave the door open and walk away. There is also no camera to alert the office that the door has been left open. Either way I'm screwed.
