Rachel made the process to rent a storage unit very easy and straightforward. She gave us lots of great information and was able to give us a tour of the building so we could see the different sized units in person. She was upfront and honest about all costs and how the rental agreement worked. We just have a temporary 4 month or less need for a unit. Thank you and definitely recommend this location for cleanliness and friendly staff.

The 5 stars are for Rachael at the Facility on Main Street in Northborough. Rachael was super helpful throughout my storage process. The facilities themselves are great too. Just be SURE to be aware that prices can go up at any time. My rate nearly doubled after 9 months. Otherwise, excellent experience. If you can afford to pay in advance you can lock in your introductory offer.

Consistently helpful staff and dependable storage. Would like to add that it is a pleasure to deal with Rachel. I’ve had a relationship with this particular storage location for many years and my opinion has not changed. Rachel is a particularly delightful addition!

Rachel is absolutely amazing. She is very kind, courteous and customer oriented. She went above and beyond to help me with some issues I recently had with my unit and she exceeded my expectations. For that, I am truly grateful and I hope Extra Space Storage knows what a fabulous employee they have. If you need a clean, well run storage facility, I recommend you see Rachel.
