Diane was my angel for the day! I showed up at the storage unit at 5:57pm, after a deal gone bad with a different storage unit. Just at the nick of time, Diane saved the day! She was kind, friendly, professional, and patient with me as we did the reservation. She even took time to show me my unit yet it was already after office hours! The area was clean and appeared well maintained. I am looking forward to working with Extra Space Storage.
