Rodney at the Oceanside location was very knowledgeable about the promotions and specials that were available to ensure I got the best deal for my money and the best unit for my storage needs. My son-in-laws also rented storage units and Rodney was there to assist him also on a separate occasion. It was refreshing to get such outstanding customer service.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything is kept tidy and clean I feel my possessions are very safe.
I had not rented in 20 years so the online was very informative. The employees were very very helpful asking my many questions and showing me spaces so I could TRY to judge what I needed. The guys did not seem bothered by my many calls with questions about posting Bill Payments
