Move-in was easy. I needed a place fast and found a great price online. The employee on the phone assured me I could fit my biggest items in the unit and walked me through the process of signing the contract and paying online. I received instructions and a map of the area in my email, which made it easy to find my unit. I also bought a lock through them which was left in my unit. I've never used self-storage before and the whole process was easier than I thought it would be.
