I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage for years. Recently, I had rented a larger unit so a family member would be able to store some of their belongings due to an upcoming move. Well long story short….they didn’t move so I didn’t need to upgrade to a larger unit. The exterior of the facility is kept clean, although I have seen mice droppings inside my unit (I have a climate controlled drive up unit). I have always paid my rental amount on time. I have been a customer there for 5 to 6 years now and the rate is increased regularly after your 1st year, sometimes even as soon as 8 months later. I am now paying well over $100 more per month than I did when I first got my unit.
