I love the personal care for my belongings at Extra Space Storage. Dina has been taking great care of my account. She keeps me up to date on the safety of my belongings. I am grateful for her time. She is a valuable employee to this company. She truly deserves a raise. Excellent service.

The staff was great to work with particularly Dina. Always felt safe while there and the facility was always immaculate. Very easy getting in and out of the gate. Had a very positive experience while storing there.

I am so excited to be renting at Extra Space Storage! The rates are amazing, the facility is well kept and easily accessible and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and kind! Dina in the front office has my vote for employee of the year throughout all of Fredericksburg!! She is always smiling, she always treats me and my family with care and respect and Whenever I have a question or I need something, she is right there on top of it!! Kelly Puffinburger went above and beyond me. Down to Earth and personable. She showed me both units I agreed on the one that was best for me! Fantastic price and honesty are qualities I look for. Also the bathroom is close and clean! Dina was also very kind when I spoke with her on the phone and tried to get me to a closer unit to the door as I mentioned I would be coming and going about twice a week.
