Brianna was super helpful and courteous! Explained everything in a respectful manner, made sure to explain fees and rules for renting so there were no surprise fees/stipulations so when I arrived my check in so it was seamless and quick. Even made sure I received the best deal possible for the requirements I had. 10/10 on customer service! Spaces are tight for parking and feel some of the lot could be put to better use. As for cleanliness and security again 10/10.

I recent rented a storage unit at the Brentwood location. Brianna the asst manager was wonderful. She was able to change my start day from Monday to Saturday. This helped me a lot due to I h ad to move earlier an anticipated. Brianna was also helpful in showing me where the unit was located and how to enter through the gate.
