More so, I moved in 20 mins before this location closed and the lady was nice to make sure we got our items in before they closed and didn’t make me come back the next day to finish up. With that, when checking out I was told I didn’t follow the correct procedures for getting a pro rate for moving out. I was charged the day before I moved out.
