The folks working at the Cedar Park location are friendly and patient especially if you have lots of questions. This facility is spotless and well taken care of. I highly recommend it. Was helped today by a manager and a new trainee who was both friendly and had good customer service skills.

I like the location of the Cedar Park Extra Space. The staff is responsive to any needs that arise. They have been proactive in notifying me of any irregularities with our unit. At one time the lock was not in the proper location, which meant our unit was not locked. they contacted me so i would know.
