We had the best experience with this location, we booked our unit very smoothly and they gave us the best offer they have. the storage was clean and very well maintained. And we had a sudden change of plan, Chris, the store manager, was more than helpful and respectful. He went above and beyond in accommodating our request! Thank you, Chris!!!
First off, Chris the store manager has been absolutely amazing and accommodating with his costumer service. He was understanding with my circumstances, took care of everything right away as he promised, and I couldn't of asked for better treatment. The unit I rent is the perfect temperature and accurate to the sizing. The facility, outside and in, is always clean and easy to access with great hours. BEWARE OF QUARTERLY INCREASES. Know before you sign. Saw a special discounted price and began renting last days of Dec 2023. Today, Mar 2024, I discovered the rate will increase $21.64 more in Apr 2024. Called to question why when my contract clearly says a set price. The representative states it is a months to month lease, they have the right to increase my space when pricing goes up in the area. She was correct that it is in the contract. READ CAREFULLY! Chris, the store manager, was awesome! We were not able to validate my ID right after renting the unit online 2 weeks ago, but he was great with emailing and calling me and checking in with me to make sure I could access my unit ASAP. When I finally came in, he was very helpful and gave my husband and I a tour to our unit and showed us the best entrances to go through to access it quicker, and broke down all the steps of locking the doors and using the codes.
