Staff was great from day one at Extra Space. One morning I was in a rush and left without throwing the lock on my storage. Within 2 hours I had received a phone call that my locker was left open. They put a temporary lock on until I could get back the next day. Very clean, well run facility. Can’t speak better about the staff. Every friendly and responsive when I had questions. When I wanted to move out, I scheduled it and had no extra fees. Great experience.

I had the best customer service experience provided to me by Manny. he was so helpful when I needed a bigger unit. I will only use this facility to store my stuff!

This place is TOPS. Convenient location, right price and impeccably spotless. Manny helped me with everything. I have mobility issues and he was able to rent me a unit where I did not have to walk far. I am so grateful. I would more than highly recommend Extra Space Storage Place in Elmhurst to anyone.
