Just moved into my new space, and so far, very happy with it. The entire facility is very clean, well-lit, and feels safe. The garage to pull up and unload is extremely convenient. BJ, in the office, was very helpful, laying out all of our options and was up front about the costs. I checked out four different storage facilities in the area and I’m very happy with my decision to go with Extra Space Storage.

Extra Space Storage is very clean and secure, and they offer a great variety of sizes to meet every need. I like the accessibility - open plenty of hours to access your storage unit whenever you need to do so. The folks in the office have been great - so helpful and responsive. I also appreciate their solid communication. I have two issues that keep me from giving this a 5 star rating. This facility is super clean. As a matter of fact, also every time I’m there I see an employee with a rag and cleaning spray. I have four units here with vintage furniture and I have zero concern that my items won’t be in the same condition when I pull them out as when I first stored them. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more helpful.
