Horrible service and escalating prices. 1. Booked a price for $149 a month, has now become $322 a month. They claim supply/demand but have dozens of units available. 2. Went at 10:15pm to grab my military uniform and they didn't care after multiple phone calls, wouldn't give me access. They don't care. Find another place, this location is a joke. Nothing but a disastrous experience with this place.

This is the worst location I have used. I'm unable to get into my unit with my account up to date, customer service is no help and the price keeps increasing. The general customer service is no help when the phone tree keeps directing you back to the local office. However when I made the reservation to book a unit, I couldn't stop all the follow- up calls to make sure I booked and paid online.

We had a bad impression right off the bat. When we arrived to park our vehicle on our move in day, the front gate was wide open. Then we noticed the gate right across from our parking spot was also unlocked. When I went to the front office to ask about it, he told me everything was unlocked because people were working. The facility is clean and very convenient. However just 3 months after renting the unit, my rate went up by 97%. I called and offered to keep the unit if we could agree on a lower rate increase. The associate was very friendly and and acknowledged my concerns as he scheduled my move out date. Moving to a new facility will be a big hassle, but I feel the rate increases are unreasonable.

-Good afternoon, can I rent 10x20 storage space for two bedrooms apartment and a dining room ? -yes but you don't need one that big for two bedrooms apartment a 10x10 will be Plenty Hired a mover and found out it was not enough for a bedroom and few small items, called them again and found out that was the only space available ,now in The middle of moving and movers are on the clock, they finally got us another space 9 miles away but no code to the gate to enter and no one answered our calls , finally got in after 3 hours... read more

This place decided to up their prices and change over to a digital system without notice, so I could not get into my unit or even get onto the property without having to download an app onto my phone which I have had phone issues and can not download any apps so I am dead in the water to even get in! Who does this???? Terrible business practices moving my stuff out!!!!
