Very satisfied with Extra Space Place I had a storage unit with Extra Space Place for a few months and everything was fine. I liked how convenient and easy it was to get my unit and the people who worked there were helpful and courteous. I would recommend them for their secure storage units and ease of monthly payments.

Appreciative customer! I took my things to Extra Space Place because my husband had just got a new job and we were moving. I was also pregnant at the time, and the office staff were so nice. They actually helped me and walked with me out to the storage unit. They stood there and made sure I was able to get in. I appreciated that they were willing to get up from the desk and go out with me and stay there to make sure...

Great Experience I contacted Extra Space Place everything went well. A very professional company that offers fair pricing. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a competent storage company.

Fine Everything was fine at Extra Space Place, except I remember there was some trouble getting in at night. Their location was good and the price was all right, I guess. I think we got the first month free.

Good and no complaint other than the rate I've never had any trouble at all at Extra Space Place and the staff is very friendly and cordial. They have been helpful and I have never had any issues. But I think the price is high. It has gone up $10 per year for each of the last three years, and they were going to do it again. We said no, we won't do it and they kept the rate the same--it was a breaking point. None of the stuff I have...

Pleased, great space I have a small unit with Extra Space Place and it holds everything I need it to. I've been using this space for six months and they've been very accommodating. The pricing is good and it's in a great location. It's clean and secure with a coded gate. One time I forgot my code, and they assisted me very well with that. I'd recommend them to others.

Excellent I've been using Extra Space Place since February. It is secure and clean, and I've had no issues so far. This is my first storage unit, and the prices seem fair. They've been more than accommodating and had exactly what I needed. Their customer service is professional, friendly, and easy to talk with. They've been really good so far.

Gotten better with new management I've been using Extra Space Place for probably two years to store a wooden headboard, a baseboard, and sideboards of a bed. I had some issues with the previous managers about a leak in my unit. They said their crews were busy, so I ended up having to rig it myself to protect the bed from water damage. I would give the old management three stars and I'm not sure I would have recommended them at...

Satisfied longtime customer. I've had a storage unit at Extra Space Place for a long time. The employees have always been really nice and great to work with. The facility is better than the two other places I've used in the past, where the storage units leaked. This unit hasn't had any leaking or water damage. The one issue I've had was that the unit was broken into about a month and a half ago, but that isn't really Extra...
