Flexible, giving local sponsor. We recommend them all the time. We use Extra Space Place's storage and find that they're very flexible. We have a seasonal chain of events where we sometimes need more space, sometimes less. They work with us. They find a way to make it available when we need it, even on short notice. Everything was good and at a nice price. It was my first time ever renting a storage unit. Extra Space Place had comparable prices and a good special when I first moved in, which is why I chose them. I was there for 12 months with no problems at all.
Overall experience was fine. Everything went fine; I didn't have any problems with Extra Space Place. They were friendly. I'm no longer storing there, but I utilized their facility for about a year. The only thing I can say is that I thought they were rather high for what you're getting. I am not happy with their services. I do not recommend using Extra Space Place. Unfortunately $5000.00 dollars worth of merchandise was stolen away from my storage unit. There's no cameras installed where it would be useful to see who is stealing property from the customers. Management have said how they have made the necessary changes to eliminate the theft and to make the area safer but I see no changes, therefore we are moving...

False advertisement No major complaints other than the "Free Truck" is falsely advertised. You can only use it once, ever, to move stuff into your unit and only for 2 hours, you can use it longer if you pay more per hour but still only the one time.
