I cannot say enough about Extra Space in Montgomery and each staff member I have encountered. Alan Bagby at Monticello is efficient and very customer-focused. Sapphire is another who goes above and beyond and is knowledgeable about the business. The facilities are clean and there is no doubt that my belongings are safe here! I highly recommend Extra Space. Sapphire did not rush me, she was very patient with me as a first time storage user and she was very detailed explaining everything to me. very bubbly inviting personality. The unit was really clean and overall my experience renting with her was awesome.
