Pretty good experience here. We were nicely welcomed when walking in the door to check out the storage spaces and my dad and I had good conversations with the employee Noel, so thus we decided this was the place to store our items for a month or two. Check out the place because we had a good experience and I believe we would return if we need to store other items for a period of time. The employe Noel definitely seemed like he was willing to give you a good deal!

I'm writing this because I keep getting an email asking me too. So, it's a storage place! There's nothing very exciting about it lol the staff I had dealt with were OK. And my storage unit is working out great! I got lucky and got a unit very close to the gates. My only issue was NOT HAVING THE CORRECT GATE CODE AND NOT ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE ON A SUNDAY!! Great place. I am very pleased with this storage facility and the customer service. Noel was very friendly and helpful; great customer service. Very clean, convenient and right off the freeway. Good prices. I feel that it is a very secure and safe place to leave my belongings.

It's storage...it is what it is. My bf drags me here because we live downtown and have too much Shh...eet! And I wanted to be the duchess of the lamest thing I could think of... :) LOL!! Maybe they'll make a new badge for that and I wanted to be ahead of the curve...!

Ruth the so called manager is so very rude. I've been there many years and I would never go there again. This women is rude. No kind of customer service. There's no place to put trash well there is yet she locks it, no bathroom for customers prices get raised without notice. This is the worst place . Do not go there.

Waited to stop renting from this establishment so I didn't get retaliated on. I had walked in to meet with Ruth who is the manager there. I had my 3yr old son with me who she was giving an attitude towards. Kids are curious. He was looking out the window & touching the wall & she gave him an attitude. That pissed me tf off. I'm shocked this place has such positive reviews, I've had a unit there for 11 months and they've already raised the rate twice, and I'm now paying more than $150 MORE every month than I did when I signed my agreement last spring. Here's the breakdown: March 2023: opened storage unit for $283/mo June 2023: they increased rate to $382/mo ($100/mo increase!) March 2024: they're increasing rate again to $441/mo This is completely unaffordable - I'm paying over $5000/year for a small unit that fits less than a one bedroom apar... read more

Security no existing and camera coverage trash, barely had my unit 2 months and mine along with multiple other units were broken into and everything was taken. Do not recommend this place, poor customer service and will do nothing to help when they should be held responsible for ensuring security.

they raised the rate by $100 after a few months. they said they sent a notice via mail. I did not receive the notice or an email or a call informing me of the change, if I knew the rate was going to change I would've moved my stuff out or moved to a smaller unit, but no notice was given.
