Security no existing and camera coverage trash, barely had my unit 2 months and mine along with multiple other units were broken into and everything was taken. Do not recommend this place, poor customer service and will do nothing to help when they should be held responsible for ensuring security.

they raised the rate by $100 after a few months. they said they sent a notice via mail. I did not receive the notice or an email or a call informing me of the change, if I knew the rate was going to change I would've moved my stuff out or moved to a smaller unit, but no notice was given.

The elevator never works, if is always dirty, the manager she is super rude, but i pay every month a lot. Please take action!

After speaking with a representative on the phone about reserving a storage unit i stopped by in person to view the unit. I was then asked if i would like to go ahead and sign a contract to reserve the unit. At that moment i figured i wouldn't be paying but after filling out a lot of information regarding what i would be storing in the unit i was then asked for a form of payment. Customer service was good , management and condition of the storage units on the other hand was piss poor. I needed to find a last min storage unit. The company compromise profit for customer satisfaction so in other words ALL THE CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. The elevator is a joke and scary . My furniture barely fit. Units are in terrible condition for the price you will pay. Be ware if you like getting shorted for your money then this is the way to go. NOT ME!
