Recommendedthe one in particular in Ashburn on Centergate is the best storage facility by far I've used, & I've used quite a few over the years in multiple states. it's clean, bright, the climate controlled sites are just that. you have a covered area to park under so the weather doesn't matter. the staff is very helpful & know their stuff. it's not the least expensive, but I paid more knowingly after looking at several others

Definitely recommend this storage facility over other. The location is convenient and it is always clean and never crowded. The staff, especially Ahmad, is very welcoming and always there for questions.
The entire staff has always gone above and beyond. Their customer service and compassion in understanding the stressors with moving and storing are critical skills needed in todays world. I'm extremely pleased with their service.
Ahmad is very helpful and polite took time to answer my questions and show me around the facility, always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer/Me is happy the reason I come back to this facility is his customer service even though it is more expensive I know he will make sure I’m taken care of
The office staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility itself was very clean. I would add that, as with most storage units, the price started creeping higher and higher each year. When it is all said and done, I could have purchased new furniture for the amount I paid to store old furniture.
The manager of my Storage facility has taken excellent care of me for years now! I highly recommend Extra Space and especially Ahmad and his team at my location!
