Ahmad is very helpful and polite took time to answer my questions and show me around the facility, always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer/Me is happy the reason I come back to this facility is his customer service even though it is more expensive I know he will make sure I’m taken care of

The office staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility itself was very clean. I would add that, as with most storage units, the price started creeping higher and higher each year. When it is all said and done, I could have purchased new furniture for the amount I paid to store old furniture.
