Ahmad was very helpful and professional! First, we'd forgotten our unit number and access codes, and then we couldn't find the correct keys, so he drilled and replaced our locks. Recognizing that we are probably forgetful people, he made a couple of suggestions to ensure we didn't get in this pickle again and walked us through the necessary paperwork. The facility is clean, temperature controlled, and well maintained. The one suggestion I have is to put a dumpster on sight for people cleaning out their units.

Excellent customer service from the facility manager, Ahmad, who always has an engaging, caring, professional manner! With attention to detail, he is consistently conscientious about the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the facility. I always feel confident my possessions are safe when I leave them there and I am personally safe when I am on the premises. Thank you, Ahmad, for giving me nothing at all to worry about!
