Only a few months in and they doubled the rental - effective the next billing cycle. I was a sure it was an error, but indeed it was correct. They flat out declined my request for them to honor the current published rate. I would not recommend Extra Space Storage.

So the way Extra Space Storage charges is month to month only. It's not a great option if you have limited income. You can pay several months in advance to lock in your rate or you're subject to huge rate increases. If you're late, the late fees are high. I don't recommend this site.

Heavily disappointed with this location and service. My roommate and I rented a unit for a week as we transitioned from university housing to an apartment and accidentally left the key in the unit once we cleared it out on time. We could not get back to the unit because we are full time students with part time jobs and no access to cars except for the week that we moved our stuff around.
