Very unprofessional. Staff leaves the office and only leaves a sign saying they will be back 15 mins before closing. How do you close and only open 15 mins before closing when the hours of operation clearly state that they are open till 6pm Monday - Friday. As long as the employees don't receive proper punishment for the they will continue to be unprofessional.

I had my Jetski stolen from an inside gated storage, they don't give a shit about your equipment nor pay you anything if it gets stolen. Go else where also their prices are ridiculous high.

Clients BEWARE! They offer a very attractive price at the beginning, and then they start raising. I started with $126 and now I am on $167. I saw they have the same unit size as mine at 123 so I reserved to move to a new unit because I don't want to pay $167 when they are obviously charging less for the same unit, and the answer was that they simply offer a low price when you are a new customer and then they start raising your monthly payments. I rented a space to part my boat. When I get there, there was a car parked in my space. The lady at the front office said that the person who owned the car has a habit of parking in other peoples spots and has done this in the past. They refused to tow the car, and I had to wait for the guy to come move it. In addition, a week later , I come back for my boat, and someone had stolen my tag. I filed a police report. This place is unsafe and I would never recommend someone to it.
