Way overpriced and horrible customer service. I have had a space with them for over 2 years and in that time the monthly fee has increase exponentially. I have been on auto pay since the beginning never being late. This month while I was out of town my credit card was compromised and canceled while a new one is sent out. When I called extra space storage to pay for the month with a new card they informed me of the 20% fee for being a few days late. Maybe a better name should be extra fee storage instead.
