Me and my husband use a lot of storages because of our business and Extra Space is by far the best. They always have someone working at the facility, they are always really helpful and professional. The facility is lit up really well and taken care of. You dont get there and find out all there is is a kiosk or a number to call- i appreciate always having a real person to deal with when I go there.

SUPER clean and well sealed units! A bright light automatically turns on when you open the door. The staff is eager to please and took time to show me two units, to see which one would fit my things. The contract and set up was super easy AND they left a free theft resistance lock inside my unit, SO moving day, I didn't have to wonder if I had a lock! Having two of our storage units broken into with no effort from management to install better cameras, security, or provide reassurances has been gravely disappointing. No call back from management offering compensation. No footage of the culprits at all. I would not trust leaving my stuff at this facility. Moving out as soon as possible
Honestly, I've used this storage facility for about six years. But it seems to be one problem after another lately. Somebody hit the gate, so there was no back gate for an extended time. Now they have homeless people getting into the buildings. And rather than put coded locks on the building door so I can get to my things, I'm locked out of the building until the employee is at work and has time to go around and unlock every building. Getting a refund due to undisclosed hours of access. Says you can use unit until 10pm but was informed when I got there that it was 5pm. idk. weird. doesn't work for me.
