recently new customer and already canceled. placed my unit order online and check it out the following day. after following the map I realized our "climate control" was just "access covered from the outside". plus the unit had a dime size hole. and full of cobwebs. At 10:20 in the morning I went up to the office to find no one at the desk (they opened at 9). UPDATE: Apparently I had gotten a special, and after 5 months they raised my rent from $179 to $239. Plus you are required to have insurance so that put my monthly at $255 + change. No thanks. I'm out. I moved.
