Great customer service! Clean, bright and well run ! I have had a storage unit there for many years and have been very very happy with them and have recently added another one. I highly recommend this location!
I was looking for some additional space as I recently relocated and have too much stuff for my current place and this was a great option. Reasonable price, good security, and an easy process to complete the agreement / auto-pay each month. They were very friendly and the entire area appears to be very well maintained.
I have rented here for a year. No problems, the premises are clean and well maintained. Will be renewing for another year.
So far the experience has been good. I rented from them at the first of the month. The light bulb was out in the unit and the agent I rented from said they would have it changed. I haven't been back yet to check. The place was clean and tidy, no trash etc. floating around. I was just reading other reviews about items moved or stolen... I'm making a trip there tomorrow with a different lock..and I am a little concerned.
Extra Space wants me to call the number which is to the facility and management my issue is with. The response I received was that ExtraSpace does require a receipt for all transactions, but in my case, the manager did not want to give one. Anyways, calling a manager at this local won't resolve the issue because he failed to resolve it in the first place. All I wanted was a receipt in my possession for money given as a deposit. Like many others, just 4 months after moving into a unit they raised the monthly rental fees almost 50%. Nowhere does it state the price you agreed upon is a temporary or limited time however it does not state your pricing is guaranteed for a certain term but raising almost 50% (in my case, $240 up to $340) per month is entrapment. The time, effort and resources needed to relocate would makeost people except it...basically extortion.

Renters beware that the rate you sign up for can be changed at any given time. I was paying $99 a month for about 6 months. This last month, my rate unexpectedly went up to $188. Called for an explanation and was told the rate I signed up for was the web value and was subject to change at any time and so it did with no notice in to meet current market value of a storage unit. ExtraSpace initially rents a storage locker at a competitive rate. Then, once you are moved in, they steadily, repeatedly and fairly rapidly raise the rate. Within a few years, I was paying more than double what I paid when I moved in. (For a 10 by 10 by 10, the rent went from $80/month on move in to over $171/month over a period of several years.) The service was initially professional and the space was adequate for our needs. However after we moved our belongings into the unit, my brother needed frequent access to various tools and items we were trying to sell. He is constantly monitored and badgered while on the premises and treated like a criminal. We pay what I feel is a lot of money for a non-climate controlled shed and should not be questioned or suspect as to when we need to access our belongings.
