My experience here was nothing shot but wonderful. I books a storage online and it was easy to do. The manager Jasmine pays attention to detail. She noticed had large items and was on the second floor with no elevator and advised me to get something ne a r the elevator. My mistake. Jason explained the process and had the paperwork ready for me to sign in person. Sh gave me a quick tour around the facility and I had no problem. This was a good experience for me!!! They say people make any business Great or two thumbs down, that being said Jasmine makes you want to be at your storage even when you don't have to get anything. I personally recommend this establishment because of the Personal Touch making you feel like you matter.

Never had any issues here, I rent 2 units from this location. The employees are very helpful and friendly and are always quick to address any concerns I have.

I recently rented a storage space from here and Ever Benitez was so helpful and very professional. He went the extra mile to make sure me and my family were taken care of. We are very happy with the service we received from Ever. He was efficient and very knowledgeable about his job. I was very impressed with this young man he made the process easy quick.

I had a great experience here renting a storage unit for my business in the area. They have multiple locks for purchase on-site and it felt like a very secure facility. In particular, Jamel made the whole process easy and stress free. I thanked him for that and his service to our country (USMC).

The team at this Extra Space Storage location did a great job of helping me fill out the paperwork for the unit reservation that I made online. Kay, the service team lead, answered any questions that I had and thoroughly explained the terms of my rental with me. I was a little wary about picking this area for my storage, but they seem to take their security measures pretty seriously. The price was reasonable and I got the first month half off as advertised on their site. Overall, the experience has been pleasant so far.

Bought a storage auction last year and got suspended. Refused to empty a storage unit that was a hazardous waste problem. When opening the door, the smell of death coupled with roaches and rat waste. I actually TRIED to pay a cleanup crew who ultimately refused too. That week, a lady died from this exact situation. Auction buyers and renters beware of this facility, as you will regret.
