THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY!!! Honestly this place is trash. If you can go anywhere else, go !!! They are super overpriced and the gate hours are ridiculous for a person who works M-S 9-6pm. When i went today 06/17 , i had only about 15 minutes to look through MY stuff before the man on duty came and told me he was gonna charge me $100 trespassing fee if i was there after 7. My wife's parents are moving from Texas to California and we were looking at storages. I came to this place and I was on the phone with them. While I was looking at their prices and comparing them to other places, an employee, black female adult with red hair, came out and told me if I wasn't going to come into the store I had to leave. It a real shame when a business you have had a delight in dealing with doesn't care to help you when you've come into a place of inconvenience. Being nice only apparently goes so far with them. We've been cheated out of our payment for 2 units we've closed out 9 days after the first of the month. They claim they would prorate our difference only if we didn't already pay them for the month?! My storage unit was broken into and I received no notification of any forced entry. I subsequently learned of the robbery while going to the main office to address another issue on November 28, 2017, if I had not gone to the office I would still be paying monthly rent on a unit with missing items( shared with my deceased sister/these items were of sentimental value). Beware!! My storage was broken into everything was taken. I'm so sad and angry that my things were taken. A lot of other storage spaces that were broken into as well, about 15 units just that day. When the police arrived they said things looked fishy there. Im not sure how the thieves had all this time to take all my stuff and break into other units. I basically paid for my things to get taken. Don't store your things here, they possibly won't be here when you return

I was afraid to put my belongings in there because of creepy looking people. Women wait till daylight when others are there. The person was so creepy, I left. And they doubled my rent in like 2 months for the smallest space. Never again if I can help it.

Hands-down the absolute worst customer service experience I've had in the past 10 years with any company. Where to start....? The geography of this location is right near LAX airport. As a result, these units are susceptible to lots of particulate matter. You would expect Extra Space to take extra precautions like more effective door strips that fill the space between the door and the surface of the ground when the door is closed. It is a lie the sign said first month free when you got in there and did all the paperwork it was nothing near free for a hundred and forty dollars for the first month do not go here Public Storage is a lot cheaper
