This is now an Extra Space Storage Facility. Although it is national chain, the husband and wife running this location are as nice as can be. This is my first venture into a storage unit and I am impressed by the security, cleanliness and lighting here.
I will never use any Extra Space Storage facility. I got mold in my climate controlled unit and I'm not covered even though I paid insurance. I've spent 3 weeks on this claim only to be denied. I was lied to and given the runaround. I'm out $250 for getting items cleaned. Why did store mgr. take pictures of my items if he knew I wasn't covered?
