After a bad experience with another storage company, I was angry and in a hurry. I called the Salisbury office and spoke with Brad, who was superb. He made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was efficient when I arrived and gracious throughout the sign-up experience. So far, the space and location have been perfect.

Extra space storage in Salisbury has been a place I have used over the last couple of years and presently. I have dealt with Brad all of those times. He is not just someone who works there...He REALLY CARES!! He is ALWAYS helpful and UPBEAT!! Rarely do you see that in other places you go...He is the best and this storage facility is very well run!! Thank you for making a tough time a little easier 😁
