i had the best experience at extra space storage. ashlee blanke has the best customer service and made sure i had all the information i needed before i left the store. i highly recommended not only extra space storage but recommend going to see ashlee blanke. give this place a 5 star!!

I had difficult requirements - a very big unit with high ceilings, high and wide door, wide aisle in front for backing in a trailer, and another smaller unit near by, both units with a flat level entry, and even some electricity to charge equipment batteries. I got it all and even got a unit with both a back and front entrance! The manager was unbelievably helpful and I signed up for both units that same day - storage problems solved.

I've rented space here for a few years and the staff is always so nice! And my recent interaction with Ashlee was SUPER helpful --she was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the right size unit for my needs. Great customer service is difficult to find these days, but Ashlee is a super star! The Hilliard location is a safe, clean, and affordable solution for all your storage needs. I called the main office with a concern I had and they were not able to help me but I got a call from Ashley at the Hilliard location and WOW SHE AMAZING. She was able to get my concern taken care of that same day and I didn't even call her yet. thanks Ashley
