Needed a last minute storage place. I found extraspace storage online and they had the best rates around. I booked a unit over the phone. 20 minutes later I drove to the site, found my unit and used the lock they had provided for me on site. Probably the easiest experience I've ever had with a storage rental.
This storage unit is clean, away from congestion of traffic. Friendly and helpful for my long distance move. Taking care of everything over the phone made it so convenient for me since I was in Florida and could not visit in person
The leader was very easy to fill out. They did a promotim so I got the first month free. Very easy to find. Would highly recommend, especially if you are not a social person.
Extra Space Storage was extremely helpful and efficient for my move in. They walked me through the process and answered all my questions. At one point I needed them on site and they came right away and helped me. Best place to go to for storage units! Highly recommend!

Extra Storage is clean and well-maintained, and I have never had any problems getting in when needed. The renting process was very easy and the associate who helped me was very friendly. I certainly don't need anything fancy when I'm just storing boxes from another house, but so far I feel comfortable and confident when I drop my things off that nothing is going to happen to them and that they are secure, especially with the cameras around.
