Offering great service for rental needs
The site was very clean & secure. Staff was so very friendly, especially Brian & Ashlee. I would’ve loved to have stayed there but, being a retiree, it was getting too costly for me so I had to get rid of most of my things and bring home what was left. Wish they offered Senior Citizen discounts.
Friendly. Storage space is clean. Area is well lit. Ashlee is great. (Columbus Ohio) Cost is better than some other storage places -I know. Happy I moved
Scott was very kind to my family without knowing we were moving my dad’s belongings from Florida to Ohio. I needed a larger unit than I reserved and he made the transfer very easy. Will definitely continue to use Extra Space when we need extra space 😉

I never do reviews but I just have to let people know that I rented a unit at this location about 10 months ago. I was given a rate of 120.00 per month which was within my budget. In late November I received notice that my unit would have a increase in price. I was completely shocked to see my 120 unit was increasing to 150 per month?? I understand prices increasing but come on a 30 per month increase all at once, ridiculous. I will be shopping for a different storage unit ASAP.
