awesome facility! Very happy.....very clean..... Been very happy with Extra Space Storage
This has been a very stressful month but Rob store manager has been such a great help. Since day one his service has been excellent and comforting. A few days before my move he called me to confirm and that was very helpful.

Rob was great helping find the right unit and made sure I understand the rental agreement. He answered all of my questions in a way that I thought was really honest and like I wasn't being pushed or misled. It's great having things spelled out clearly because I can't stand when businesses say one thing and then do another, or leave out important information.

We've been customers for years. Staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Building is very well maintained. We've changed units or added units and it has always been very smooth. In fact, we were able to add a unit 3 units away from our current one. It had just opened up, and worked perfectly for us. Very happy with this facility.
We are very pleased with our association with EasySpace Storage. Vicky is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. We have not used our spaces yet, but we feel that it is clean, conveniently located, and a good choice for our needs.
Extra Space Storage North Andover manager was very helpful in helping move storage units without incurring extra fees. Their facility is clean, mostly well-lit (not inside the store units, though), hand carts are plentiful, and heated in winter.
Extremely expensive and inflexible. Plus they keep going up in price. Lots of other storage places nearby that are less expensive and just as clean & convenient. I recently moved out and found a larger unit for almost 1/2 of what I was paying there. Look elsewhere!!!
They increase the monthly payments without telling you. I started at $230 and they increased to $274 because they were at max capacity. If your two days late on payment you get a $50 late fee. Customer service sucked. I found the same size storage unit 10 miles away for $130 where my rate is guaranteed for a year, so I moved storage units.
