I would not recommend this place at all. I was billed at $287.00 a month for the last 10 or so months. Today I just received a notice in the middle of a pandemic with unemployment at an all time high that my bill has now been raised to $341.00 a month. That's a 19% increase of $55. They stated in the card that they readjusted for current market prices. I did some research and this is not true. The current market value for a size unit I have is $264-300. I rented a space at Extra Space storage last spring and had my items there for a little over a year . I rented a temperature and humidity controlled until that was rather expensive due to having some special items I wanted protected. When I went to pull up the gate to move my stuff out 13 months later, most of my furniture was covered in mold.
