I have to be the first to review this place. After moving out of Loma Linda university and back to my state, I was in desperate need of a storage to place my belongings that I would eventually move later. Andrew was absolutely a delight to work with. It was so nice to have someone that helpful and professional during times of moving high stress. He makes sure you have your questions answered, remembers your name and will make sure to assist you throughout the whole process.
This place robbed me! Would not recommend!! DO NOT come here they broke contract! I left my storage empty on Labor Day and the next day they closed me out after calling me only once... oh and it also happens to be the day that they also charges my card 68 dollars for a month of service I didn't get and now they won't refund me!!! Even when the contract says there's a grace period and I have 15 days I just feel like they did me so dirty!! They were also very rude!
